From Schiphol Airport:
There is a shuttle-bus
service leaving twice an hour stopping at several hotels in
Amsterdam.
Price for a 2 way
ticket is 25 euros.

public transport.
You can also take a train
from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam Central Station or Station Zuid.
Then follow directions below.
From Amsterdam Central Station
Take tram number 2
on the Westside of Central Station with direction
Nieuw Sloten. Get out at the Cornelis
Schuytstraat stop. Walk left on Koninginneweg. It's a 2 minutes' walk to
the hotel. This will take approximately 40 minutes.
From
Amsterdam Station Zuid
Take
citybus 15 into direction station Sloterdijk
and leave the bus at bus stop Haarlemmermeer Station. It’s a 11 minutes walk to
the hotel from there. From Schiphol, through Station Zuid and bus will take
approximately 35 minutes.
Canal
Cruise, January 15, departing at 6
p.m. until 7 p.m.
We will have our own boat. Pick-up within walking distance from the
hotel, drop off in City Centre.

DINNER January 15, from 8 p.m.
We are still looking for a good deal and a nice place for all of us to

GEMS stands
for Goal, Element, Mode, Stack. It offers an easy-to-follow flow chart
that allows a student or practitioner to easily figure out where the priority
stressors for an individual are and what balancing technique will work to
resolve these efficiently. It is based on information from the TFH
synthesis and is designed to allow a practitioner to flow easily from one
modality to another, incorporating the entire body of knowledge available to
the individual.
