The travel agency requires your name, family name, address, phone number, which kind of room you want: single, double with single use, double, and how many days you are going to stay: If you are just attending the conference: from 28 April to May 1^st – 3 nights. Add more nights if you choose to stay for the great opportunity to follow the workshop with both Charles Krebs and Adam Lehman presenting! 

The rate varies slightly according to the number of days you chose to stay, and added days are even cheaper! The price includes breakfast but not the €3.50 daily Tax to be paid on the spot. There are only so many pre-booked rooms and they will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis so do not wait before booking.

Directions to PARK PLAZA VONDELPARK, AMSTERDAM, by public transport

From Schiphol Airport:

There is a shuttle-bus service leaving twice an hour stopping at several hotels in Amsterdam.

Price for a 2 way ticket is 25 euros.

And a Schiphol-Amsterdam Express service bus 197 for € 5,00 one way see the link above on public transport.

You can also take a train from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam Central Station or Station Zuid. Then follow directions below.

From Amsterdam Central Station

Take tram number 2 on the Westside of Central Station with direction Nieuw Sloten.  Get out at the Cornelis Schuytstraat stop. Walk left on Koninginneweg. It's a 2 minutes' walk to the hotel. This will take approximately 40 minutes.

From Amsterdam Station Zuid

Take citybus 15 into direction station Sloterdijk and leave the bus at bus stop Haarlemmermeer Station. It’s a 11 minutes walk to the hotel from there. From Schiphol, through Station Zuid and bus will take approximately 35 minutes.

Canal Cruise, January 15, departing at 6 p.m. until 7 p.m.

We will have our own boat. Pick-up within walking distance from the hotel, drop off in City Centre.

GEMS stands for Goal, Element, Mode, Stack.  It offers an easy-to-follow flow chart that allows a student or practitioner to easily figure out where the priority stressors for an individual are and what balancing technique will work to resolve these efficiently.  It is based on information from the TFH synthesis and is designed to allow a practitioner to flow easily from one modality to another, incorporating the entire body of knowledge available to the individual.

Directions :

Leaving the Hotel VIP Eden you turn left at Avenida da Liberdade up the street to the Praça da Alegria street. Upon reaching  the square with the same name, take to the first street on the right, the Travessa do Salitre,7 and you will find the Hotel.

From the Airport:

Catch the AeroBus, which runs between the airport and the city center.

A ticket may be purchased directly from the driver and currently stands at €3.50.

They run every 20 or 30 minutes and stop at important points in the city such as Entrecampos, Campo Pequeno, Avenida da Republica, Saldanha, Picoas, Fontes Pereira Melo, Marquês de Pombal, Avenida da Libertade, Restauradores, Rossio, Praça do Comercio and Cais do Sodré.

On board, there are screens showing each stop as the bus approaches the area.

Get off at Restauradores, in front of the VIP Eden Hotel.
